BOOKING CONDITIONS
– Reservations become effective only with the agreement of the Domaine de Combelles, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt of either the duly completed and signed reservation contract, or after acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale when booking online.
– Reservations are only binding on the Domaine de Combelles if the Domaine de Combelles has accepted them. The Domaine de Combelles is free to make or refuse reservations, depending on availability and, in general, on any circumstances likely to affect the execution of the reservation. Domaine de Combelles offers family-oriented holidays in the traditional sense, with accommodation specially designed for this purpose. Domaine de Combelles reserves the right to refuse any booking that is contrary to this principle, or that seeks to circumvent it.
– Reservations for accommodation are made on a strictly personal basis. Under no circumstances may you sublet or assign your reservation without the prior consent of the domain.
– Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
– All rental accommodation is fully equipped. The basic package includes 2 to 8 places, depending on the type of accommodation.
– Domaine de Combelles reserves the right to refuse access to the establishment to groups or families arriving with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation.
BOOKING FEES
– Domaine de Combelles offers free booking fees on rentals.
RATES AND TOURIST TAX
– Prices shown are valid for the 2021 season. They correspond to one night or one week and are in euros, VAT included.
– Tourist tax is extra.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
– For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of your stay, a deposit of 25% of the price of the services booked must be paid to the estate on booking. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of your stay. If full payment has not been received by this date, we will consider the booking cancelled and the deposit retained.
– For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Vacation vouchers
Domaine de Combelles Vacances is accredited by the Agence Nationale pour les Chèques-Vacances. We accept these cheques as payment for our rental services. We advise you to send us the completed forms by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, Le domaine de Combelles informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date, or according to a specific frequency, is not subject to the provisions relating to the 14-day cooling-off period.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
1. Changing your reservation
Customers may request changes to their stay (dates, type of accommodation) upon written request to the estate (by post or e-mail), subject to availability. No carry-over will be accepted for the following season. If no change is made, the customer will be obliged to stay as originally booked or to cancel in accordance with the cancellation conditions.
– Requests to increase the length of your stay are subject to availability and current rates.
– Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and interruption of stay conditions.
2. Unused benefits
If your stay is interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure), you will not be entitled to a refund.
3. Cancellation due to Domaine de Combelles. In the event of cancellation by Domaine de Combelles, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. However, such cancellation shall not give rise to the payment of damages.
4. Cancellation by the customer.
In the event of cancellation of your reservation, the following charges will apply:
– More than 30 days before your stay: €75 handling fee.
– Less than 30 days before your stay: 80% of the reservation amount. The difference between the amount paid and the costs will be refunded to the customer.
YOUR STAY
1. Arrival
– Arrival days vary according to the season. On the day of your arrival, you will be welcomed from 4.00 p.m., and when you are given the keys to your accommodation, a deposit will be required. (Cheques or bank transfer if you booked via our website)

2. During the stay, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure: the customer is responsible for the surveillance of his personal objects (bicycles, etc.). Domaine de Combelles declines all responsibility for any incident for which the customer is liable. All customers are required to comply with these rules and regulations. Each tenant is responsible for any disturbance or nuisance caused by persons staying with or visiting him or her.
3. Start
– On the day of departure indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m.. The accommodation will be returned in a clean and tidy condition, and the inventory can be checked. Any broken or damaged items will be charged to you, as will the restoration of the premises should this prove necessary. The security deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, after deduction of any compensation deducted from your receipts for any damage noted in the inventory of fixtures on departure. The withholding of the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event of costs exceeding the amount of the deposit.
– If the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, you will be asked to pay a cleaning fee of at least €100 including tax.
– For late departures, you may be charged an additional day at the current nightly rate.
Liability
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that, in accordance with current legislation, hoteliers are not liable for the sale of tourist accommodation. Consequently, Domaine de Combelles Vacances cannot be held responsible for the loss, omission, theft or damage of personal belongings, particularly in your accommodation, communal areas and adjoining parking lots. We remind you that you are responsible for the security of your accommodation during your stay, and that it is your responsibility to take out appropriate insurance. There are a few precautions you can take to avoid any inconvenience: close your windows before leaving the premises, and lock your door.
RECREATION
The information on activities presented on our website are suggestions issued by the Tourist Office or external service providers at a date prior to that of your stay. For further information, please contact them directly before booking to confirm your reservation. These activities can be enjoyed, at extra cost, on or near the estate and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the service providers concerned. It is possible that the details of our services are modified between their insertion on our website and your stay without however engaging our responsibility.
For all outings presented on the premises and organized by an external service provider, the customer agrees to be taken in charge by the latter and under its responsibility.
ANIMALS
Pets are accepted (except 1st and 2nd category dogs) for a fee payable at the time of booking. They must be kept on a leash at all times. They are forbidden around the pool and in the buildings. Vaccination records for dogs and cats must be up to date.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND FREEDOM
The information you give us when placing your order will not be passed on to any third party. This information will be considered confidential by Domaine de Combelles. It will only be used by the domain’s internal services to process your order. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to any personal data concerning you.
