Setting up the PASS SANITAIRE at DOMAINE DE COMBELLES VACANCES

To gain access to the Domaine de Combelles Vacances, you will be asked for the PASS SANITAIRE only once, at the start of your stay, whatever the duration .

The PASS SANITAIRE can be validated as follows:

A complete vaccination certificate and the time required for the final injection, i.e. :

  • 7 days after the 2nd injection for double-injection vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca);
  • 4 weeks after injection for vaccines with a single injection (Johnson & Johnson from Janssen);
  • 7 days after injection for vaccines in people with a history of Covid (1 single injection).

Proof of a negative test less than 48 hours old (RT-PCR or antigenic).

The result of a positive RT-PCR test attesting to the recovery of Covid-19, at least 11 days old and less than 6 months old.

  • A large estate, low occupancy: out of a total of 90 accommodations, only 50 or so will be open, to promote distancing.
  • Book your vacation with complete peace of mind, and you’ll be fully reimbursed if you can’t make it due to COVID.

We commit to our guests and employees to :
– Integrate government and health authority recommendations to adapt protocols to combat the spread of Covid-19,
– Reinforce our sanitary measures in accommodation, common areas (reception, swimming pool…) and all points of contact (such as display panels, door handles, payment terminals…) with suitable products.
– Define the necessary customer paths and circulation plans to comply with barrier gestures and social distancing recommendations (e.g.: floor markings, installation of Plexiglas protection at reception, etc.).
– Display information and preventive measures in public areas and for employees
– Train staff in health and safety procedures.
– Make it compulsory for our teams to wear masks when necessary.
– Adapt reception capacities in communal areas to guarantee safety for all, by establishing reinforced and specific access and sanitary safety instructions in line with the recommendations of the authorities in force. (Swimming pool, reception…)
– Adapt, or even close down, the leisure services and infrastructures within its establishments (this year there will be no entertainment) in order to comply with the recommendations.
– Ensure and comply with a risk management protocol in the event of suspected contagion at Covid-19.

Access to infrastructure and services

Faced with this exceptional situation, we are adapting to the sanitary measures recommended by the authorities. These measures may affect access to certain on-site infrastructures.
These measures apply for as long as the public authorities deem necessary in the light of developments in the situation.
Please note that you may be required to wear a mask in communal areas or at visitor sites. We advise you to bring them with you for your stay.
